About Mohit

Advice shaped by real ownership experience

Mohit Gupta is the Principal Broker and Director of LNO Mortgages, a Sydney finance broking practice helping clients with residential, SMSF, commercial, business acquisition and asset finance.

He has worked in finance, credit and business transactions for more than 28 years across Australia, New Zealand and India. Before founding LNO in 2024, Mohit spent nine years as a senior commercial broker in New Zealand, guiding buyers and sellers through business sales and acquisitions. He was named RE/MAX New Zealand Top Commercial Broker in 2022 and 2023.

What sets his advice apart is that he has run the numbers from every seat. He has assessed credit, prepared valuations, negotiated deals and carried the cash-flow risk himself. When he looks at your application, he sees what the lender will see—and what you will live with after settlement.

Mohit works from LNO's Sydney CBD office on Sussex Street and by appointment from Castle Hill. He is happy to meet in person, by phone or on WhatsApp—whichever suits you.

How Mohit works

A clear path from objective to settlement

Every recommendation begins with what you are trying to achieve, then tests borrowing capacity, cash flow, lender policy and risk before an application is submitted.

01

Objective first

Define the real goal, timeframe, security position and realistic path before choosing a lender.

02

Assess before you apply

Test serviceability, cash flow, risk and policy fit, then select the lender most likely to approve.

03

Credit-ready submissions

Prepare servicing analysis, documents, valuation inputs and risk commentary to a credit assessor's standard.

04

One point of contact

Mohit stays on your file from enquiry to settlement, with clear updates at every stage.
